Billie Joe Armstrong
I’ve always loved Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day and his hair. Not only is Green Day’s music infinitely better than the Sex Pistols or the Clash but his sense of fashion is impeccable. Look at lovely red tie above and his brilliant hair cut. A true individual. Billie Joe Armstrong was so influential that he basically invented the emo hairstyle.
This man deserves more credit than he’s usually due. I think everyone should forget about the Sex Pistols and instead worship Green Day and Billie Joe Armstrong as the true Gods of rock that they really were.
Billie Joe had more style in his little finger than the entire 70’s punk movement ever had.

I totally agree! I LOVE Green Day and Billys hair, I tried to copy it but I got long, wavy, red hair so It wouldnt look very good…
This guys sense of style is fab and I love it, his hair is amazing and these other comments are total crap.
Green day rock my socks but…. They are only AS GOOD AS the sex pistols because they are FAB and changed the face of music forever!
Just so you know, All time low, Bowling for Soup, Escape the Fate and Fall Out Boy are amazing aswell.

Ok seriously shut up there punk if they wanna be you cant help it what do you think it will accomplish by saying there not there individuals and speak there minds they dont care what you think of them there going to be what ever theey want to be there not going to ask for you permission … and no one has a right to say anyone is a poser the only reason (my opinion) towards why people think greenday isnt punk is because they were rejected from the punk era after they signed into a big label and got famous to fast, All your doing is hating on them. billie tre and mike can be what ever the fuck they wanna be its called indvidulisim and just looking at them you know there not trendy wanna bes they have threr own uniqe style along with a unique music, they write there music for themselves and if you dont like it dont listen to it. There a band they write music thats all that should matter really what the lyrics mean and what it sounds like not who sings it .. stop hating its old and unessessary.
